THE VISION
A SPACE BREWED WITH LOVE
Imagine a place where the rich aroma of freshly ground cardamom and dark roast coffee fills the air. A place where the warmth of a traditional brew invites you to slow down, connect with friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. This is our dream for the Syriana Cafe.
It will be more than just a coffee shop; it will be an extension of our family's kitchen—a comfortable, welcoming space for our community to gather, share stories, and create new memories, one cup at a time.
THE STAR OF THE SHOW
AN ANCIENT ART: COFFEE BREWED ON HOT SAND
At the heart of our cafe will be the mesmerizing tradition of brewing coffee on hot sand. Using a small, long-handled pot called a cezve, we will nestle it into a bed of heated sand.
This ancient technique allows for a slow, perfectly even heat that gently coaxes the deep, rich flavours from the finely ground beans, creating a uniquely smooth and frothy cup that is impossible to replicate with modern machines. It’s a beautiful process to watch, and an unforgettable coffee to taste.

Our signature Syrian coffee is defined by its most important ingredient: cardamom. For centuries, this aromatic spice has been added to coffee not just for its incredible flavour, but for its wonderful health benefits.
Cardamom is known to aid digestion, making the coffee gentler on your stomach. It’s packed with antioxidants, has natural anti-inflammatory properties, and adds a beautifully complex, slightly sweet aroma that perfectly balances the coffee's richness. It's a tradition that blends wellness with hospitality, and we can't wait to share its unique and comforting flavour with you.

What a fabulous find!... The place was simple and looked family run. They were so friendly and welcoming... The minced beef on the bread which looked like pizza was heavenly. I couldn't stop eating. The cherry on the top was Syrian coffee. Probably the best coffee I ever had.
